Exchange Policy

Only unprocessed and non personalized products can be exchanged. In case of exchange, shipping costs from India to the destination point will be deducted.

Shipping costs to send the products to us and any clearance charges in India are to be borne by you. Refunds will be initiated after receipt of the products in good condition. Exchange amount is original amount paid less costs of shipping original order. All products must be returned in their original packaging along with a copy of the invoice and these must be packed together in a secure, tamper-proof box. We do not accept partial or used packs of supplies or products returned in envelopes. Courier to: IndiGift, 8 Rajmahal Shopping Center, Sir M V Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai - 400069 (India). Kindly send via paid couriers with tracking facilities. Do not send via certified or registered mail.

Return Policy

In case you are planning to place a bulk order with us, it is recommended that you purchase a sample first. No returns/refunds are entertained on grounds of your not liking product, quality, color and variation in other aspects from the online samples. In such circumstances only exchange requests as per our `exchange policies’ shall be entertained. Our site has a facility that allows you to buy a sample for your perusal and we strongly recommend that you purchase a sample before ordering bulk quantities. We shall be pleased to send you your selected samples for approval. Before placing your confirmed order, make sure that you are satisfied with the sample. Colors displayed on your monitor may vary from the actual product. There might be minor variations in quality and other aspects too. Though we try our best to supply our products of the same size as specified on our website, there can be circumstances when the size of the product may vary slightly from the sizes and other aspects mentioned therein. In our endeavor to provide you with the best our products, we reserve our rights to make slight alterations in the product. Our products once supplied shall not be taken back on any grounds like alterations from the samples displayed online. Products will be returned only if there is a gross variation from the online sample. In case you want to return the products, please send an email to info@indigift.com along with details of why the products should be returned. Our personnel will try to resolve your problems and in case no solutions can be reached at, your money will be refunded as per working of details explained in exchange policy. Unused packs of product supplies may be returned for a refund within 7 days of receiving the material. Shipping cost incurred in sending the products as well as any duties and charges paid at destination shall not be refundable.
